Ryan McEwen & Jaime Thompson
- Founders

Mohawk Valley Welding was founded in 2010 by Ryan McEwen and Jaime Thompson after losing our jobs as steel fabricators. Initially, we focused on commercial ventilation systems, range hoods, stainless steel backsplashes, and countertops. One day, a local restaurant asked if we could build a mobile kitchen—and that request shaped the future of our business.

Today, we specialize in designing and fabricating mobile kitchens that are durable, user-friendly, and built to withstand the demands of a commercial kitchen. Whether you're a new entrepreneur or a seasoned pro, we offer both standard models and fully custom trailers tailored to your needs.

Our mission is to help you grow your business by providing top-quality products that enable you to take your culinary skills on the road, reach new customers, and succeed. Knowing that our work helps families across the country make a living is the most rewarding part of what we do.
